On behalf of King Charles, Member of Parliament for Richmond East-Steveston, Parm Bains presented a prestigious medal to Mrs. Kashmir Kaur Johal.
The medal recognizes the selfless service Mrs. Johal has done for Gurdwara Nanak Niwas and the wider Richmond community, embodying values of Sikhi and Canadian society.
The ceremony was attended by Richmond Mayor Malcolm Brodie, Richmond City Council members, and RCMP Chief Dave Chohan of Richmond RCMP.
