Monday August 4 is BC day, the name the BC government gave to the Civic Holiday celebrated on the first Monday of August. BC day celebrates the history, heritage, and culture of British Columbia.
Celebrations were held by community groups across the province over the long weekend, including at the Punjabi Market in Vancouver on Saturday.
