SPS requests public's assistance in locating missing person

Surrey Police Service (SPS) is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Francisco Concha Martinez was last seen on May 5. That was also the date of his last contact with his family.

Francisco Concha Martinez is described as a 29-year-old Hispanic male, who is 5’5” tall and 154 pounds. He has black hair, a partial beard and a slim build (see attached photo).

 Francisco Concha Martinez’s 2026 grey Mazda CX30 was located along Duffey Lake Road, approximately 50 kms outside Pemberton on May 10, 2026. SPS is requesting the public’s assistance in trying to locate Francisco Concha Martinez or anyone who may have noticed his vehicle in the Pemberton or Lillooet areas.
