Three people arrested for robbery in Kamloops
Three people are in custody following a robbery at a local financial institution in Kamloops.
On the evening of May 19, police were called after individuals attended a bank located on Notre Dame Drive and demanded money from a teller before fleeing the area. Officers quickly responded and were able to track down the suspects, who were subsequently arrested.
All three individuals remain in custody as the investigation continues. Police are working to determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“Our officers acted quickly and effectively to locate and arrest those responsible,” says Cpl. Brett Urano, RCMP spokesperson. “This result reflects the strong coordination and dedication of our frontline members. We are still working to gather all the details and encourage anyone with information to come forward.”
