Normal Expo Line service resumes following morning commute disruption

SkyTrain’s Expo Line has resumed regular service following a brief interruption Friday morning caused by a stalled train.

A bus bridge was temporarily put in place at 8:10 a.m. to transport passengers between Metrotown Station and 22nd Street Station. TransLink deployed replacement buses serving Metrotown, Royal Oak, Edmonds and 22nd Street stations in both directions.

Transit officials confirmed that normal train service on the line resumed shortly after 8:40 a.m.
