Coquitlam RCMP invites community to “Cram the Cruiser” in support of local families
Coquitlam RCMP is inviting the community to come together on Wednesday, June 10, for the annual Cram the Cruiser event, in partnership with SHARE Family and Community Services.
Food banks and community food hubs play an important role in supporting people across our community. In the summer months, donations often slow down, even though the need stays just as strong.
Community members are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and other essentials. Every donation, helps make sure individuals and families have access to the support they need.
By working together, we can have a real impact. Come out, give what you can, and help fill a cruiser with the care and generosity that makes our community strong.
“While people often think about donating during the holidays, the need is just as real in the summer months for many in our community,” said Media Relations Officer Corporal John Graham. “Cram the Cruiser is all about neighbours helping neighbours. It’s a chance for us to come together and support individuals and families who could use a hand. Every donation, big or small, truly makes a difference.”
