Police investigate stabbing incident on Highway 101
Police in Powell River are investigating after receiving a report of a man stabbed along Highway 101.
On August 30, Powell River RCMP were contacted after a 45-year-old man was admitted to hospital, suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Initial evidence gathered suggested the victim was walking along Highway 101 at around 4:00 a.m. when he was allegedly attacked by a group of unknown suspects. The victim is expected to survive.
