FBI offers $20,000 reward for arrest of Samuel Harris
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Samuel Harris.
Harris is wanted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense.
He is a named subject in Operation Reflection where the FBI charged 20 people in a gang-related gun theft and drug trafficking case. Harris is the final subject at large in the case.
A federal judge issued an arrest warrant for Harris on September 23.
