Toronto: Two people in a road accident died in Hopewell Hill in Albert County, New Brunswick today after their bike they were riding collided with an SUV, police said.
Police said that incident took place on Sunday evening and it is believed that SUV crossed the centre line and collided with the motorcycle.
Two motorcyclists including a man and woman both aged 54 died at the spot while driver of the car has been rushed to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.
Police said that matter is under investigation and no charges have been pressed in the case yet.
The highway was reopened for traffic after about 10 hours in the mishap.
