2,146 new cases of COVID-19 and 49 deaths have been reported in British Columbia over the weekend.
Dr. Bonnie Henry, provincial health officer of British Columbia said, “There are 11,177 active cases of COVID-19 in the province. There are 359 individuals currently hospitalized with COVID-19, 87 of whom are in intensive care. “
So far, 42,943 people have been tested positive for COVID- 19, and 31,207 have been recovered.647 people have died from COVID- 19 In British Columbia.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has meant a year like no other for all of us, doing things in ways we have never done before.
