Ottawa: India is resuming processing business, medical and conference visa applications in Ottawa and at its consulates in Toronto and Vancouver.
It will also be processing visas for people with family ties in India.

Miller says the last month has been an anxious time for many Canadians, noting the suspension of services shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
