Chandigarh: A case has been registered against Sukhpal Singh Khaira, chairman of the All India Kisan Committee and Congress MLA from sub-division Bholath, on the complaint of SDM Sanjeev Kumar in a local police station.
In his complaint to the police, SDM Bholath said that on March 29, Sukhpal Khaira along with his colleagues reached his office and threatened him with a complaint about the theft of crops.
Along with this, he also went live on Facebook, which has hurt his dignity. On this, the police has registered a case against Khaira in the police station Bholath under sections 186, 189, 342, 500 and 506 of IPC.
