Richmond: Sundeep Singh Mann was sentenced in Richmond on Wednesday for causing a fatal crash in the Massey Tunnel nearly four years ago. Convicted of dangerous operation causing death and bodily harm, Mann received a 2-year jail sentence, followed by a 5-year driving prohibition for the death count. For causing bodily harm, he was sentenced to 18 months in jail with a 5-year driving ban. Mann will serve over three years in prison, followed by a ten-year driving ban upon release. The crash on September 2, 2020, damaged multiple vehicles and resulted in one fatality.
