Canada: A fuel shortage in Gaza has shut down all Internet and phone networks, cutting off communications from the outside world.
The G-M of Palestine telecommunications company, Paltel, is asking international bodies to intervene with Israel in order to allow the entry of fuel.
He says since the war between Israel and Hamas started on October 7th, Gaza has been without electricity and has relied on alternative sources to operate the generators.
Israel completely prohibited fuel from going in to Gaza until yesterday, when it allowed the U-N agency for Palestinian refugees
to receive 23-thousand litres of fuel — under the restriction it be used only for vehicles delivering aid
