Bathinda: In a major incident, gangster Rajveer Singh was attacked by his accomplices in Punjab’s Bathinda Central Jail on Friday.
Gangster Rajveer Singh suffered multiple head injuries in the attack and was brought to the hospital. Gangster Rajveer Singh is said to be the cousin of terrorist Harvinder Rinda.
The police is now engaged in interrogating the accused. Gangster Rajveer Singh had hit the headlines when he accused the jail authorities of assault and forcibly cutting his hairs.
He told the police that three inmates had come to barrack and thrashed him. Currently, he is undergoing treatment at civil hospital.
