Chandigarh: In a major embarrassment for the Punjab Police, a private channel on Friday has aired another interview of dreadful gangster Lawrence Bishnoi from jail, a day after Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav denied the reports that the interview was done from any jail of Punjab. He is currently lodged in high-security Bathinda jail and he is mastermind of singer Sidhu Moosewala’s murder.
During this interview, he again threatened the film star Salman Khan, and said that he will have to apologize. Bishnoi said that Khan should go to his community temple in Bikaner and apologise.
“Right now I am not a ‘goonda’ but I will become by killing Salman Khan. The aim of my life is to kill Salman Khan,” he said during the interview.
Bishnoi said that he has wanted to kill Salman Khan for the past several years. If he apologises, the matter will be over. Salman is arrogant, so was Moosewala, Bishnoi said.
On the gang war in jail and the rift with Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang, Bishnoi said that they beat up one of his gang members. Even after this, we kept patience and did nothing, but the boys of his gang again beat our members, they themselves came to fight, he said.
“During the Moosewala’s murder, we had stopped our men at Jaggu’s place. Jaggu met the Punjab Police. Relations with Jaggu deteriorated after the Attari encounter. We also do not agree with Jaggu about the drug trade. We are against drugs,” he said.
Denying his relations with Punjabi singers, Bishnoi said, “I met Mankirat Aulakh only once or twice during college. I am not in touch with him or Babbu Mann.”
