Chandigarh: The Punjab government has appointed Arun Pal Singh as ADGP Jail after removing B. Chandrasekhar on Saturday. He will now report to DGP Punjab.
Significantly, a 1-hour interview of the gangster and drug seizure from Punjab jails was made public. The state government has failed to find out how it got recorded till now. The transfer of ADGP jail is also being linked to this case.
