Chandigarh: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) general secretary Gurcharan Singh Grewal on Tuesday wrote a letter to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat.
He has accused the RSS and BJP leaders belonging to Punjab and Haryana of interfering in the SGPC elections and Sikh affairs.
Along with this, he has appealed to Mohan Bhagwat that if this has happened without his knowledge, then take action by taking serious notice of it. He has said that if this matter is in his knowledge, then reconsider it.
Even before the election for the post of President of SGPC, Bibi Jagir Kaur was claimed to be in touch with BJP and Congress leaders by the members of the disciplinary committee.
In this regard, the members of the disciplinary committee had also narrated the recording of the conversation with another member of the SGPC. It was told how the BJP-Congress are trying to induct SGPC members into their party by luring them.
