MLA Sonia Furstenau was elected as BC Green Party leader on Monday. Furstenau defeated Cam Brewer and former Green party executive Kim Darwin in this race.
Furstenau remained victorious with 2,428 votes . While Brewer got 2,127 votes, Darwin got 521 votes. Sonia is serving as Cowichan Valley MLA since 2017
