British police said Monday they were investigating a video linked to a man armed with a crossbow who was arrested at Windsor Castle on Christmas Day.

A video, obtained by The Sun newspaper, shows a masked person in a dark hoodie holding a crossbow and addressing the camera with a distorted voice, saying they wanted to “assassinate” Queen Elizabeth to avenge Jallianwalla Bagh Massacre that took place in April of 1919.

“This is revenge for those who have died in the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre.

It is also revenge for those  who have been killed, humiliated and discriminated on because of their race.”

“I’m an Indian Sikh, a Sith. My name was Jaswant Singh Chail, my name is Darth Jones.”

Scotland Yard confirmed detectives were “assessing the contents of a video” following the arrest of 19-year-old Jaswant Singh Chail from Southampton. Chail, known as Jas, was arrested while allegedly armed with a crossbow after scaling a spiked fence with a rope ladder.

Police say the suspect is in custody under the Mental Health Act and in the care of medical professionals.
