Ludhiana: The Vigilance Bureau has detained former cabinet minister Bharat Bhushan Ashu late this evening in connection with an alleged tender scam in the Food and Supplies Department.
Ashu is the second minister from the previous Congress government who have been arrested by the Vigilance under Aam Aadmi Party government on charges of corruption.
Ashu was arrested from a salon in Ludhiana.
