Chandigarh: Former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s close aide and former advisor Bharat Inder Singh Chahal’s troubles seem to be increasing.
A team of Punjab Vigilance Bureau raided his multi-storey shopping mall on Nabha-Patiala Road on Monday. The investigation team evaluated the documents and property related to the property for a long time.
The vigilance team also reached the five-star marriage palace built by Bharat Inder Singh Chahal on Sirhind Road, but it was locked.
Chahal’s property measurement and records with vigilance are also being televised so that accurate investigation on the area covered under every property and other aspects can proceed, officials said.
