New Delhi: There was a ruckus during the Standing Committee elections, after which the proceedings of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) have been postponed till 10 am on Thursday.
In this case, the BJP held a press conference today and levelled many serious allegations against the Aam Aadmi Party.
Meanwhile, AAP councillor Devendra also slapped BJP councillor Pramod, following which, many leaders clashed with each other in the house.
The AAP was losing the standing committee election, so mobile was used in the house. It was violation of confidential voting. The mayor was involved in conducting elections incorrectly throughout the night. When, BJP leaders objected to this, AAP councillors attacked them in the house.
Meanwhile, newly elected AAP mayor Shelly Oberoi blamed BJP of thrashing her councillors and distributing the house.
