New Delhi: The Central government has upgraded the armed security cover of BJP MP Hans Raj Hans’s ‘Z’ category Central Industrial Security Force (CISF).
MP Hans Raj Hans will now be provided ‘Z’ category security in Punjab as well as in Delhi. Hans was given ‘Z’ category CISF security cover in Punjab during the assembly elections earlier this year.
The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) upgraded its security cover last week at a security review meeting based on a report by the Intelligence Bureau. Along with the upgraded security cover, Hans will be provided a ‘Z’ category security cover during his stay and travel in both Punjab and the national capital.
