Richmond: BC Opposition leader and BC United leader Kevin Falcon on Thursday visited the studio of Sher-E-Punjab Radio in Richmond.
During his interaction with Sher-E-Punjab Radio’s Dr Jasbir Romana, Kevin Falcon said the BC United government under his leadership will build a second tower at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
About new announcements made by the BC NDP government regarding Surrey Memorial Hospital, he said this is a government of announcements, but we need actual results.
Kevin Falcon said when Adrian Dix found out that he was going to visit the hospital, the Health Minister made these announcements before his visit.
However, the opposition leader supported several announcements made by the Health Minister in Surrey on Wednesday, which include adding a second interventional radiology lab and two new Catheter labs at the Surrey Hospital.
Kevin Falcon said but the problem is it will take 18 months and when there is a crisis, there is a need to move much faster.
