Jaipur: Notorious gangster Raju Thehat was murdered in a gang war in Sikar this morning. The miscreants, who arrived in a coaching dress, called Thehat out by ringing the bell and opened fire. Thehat had received more than three bullet injuries, police said.
Rajasthan Director General of Police (DGP) Umesh Mishra said that a video of this firing was also made by a miscreant. Here, Lawrence Vishnoi gang gangster Rohit Godara has taken responsibility for this.
Mishra said that the miscreants will flee towards the Punjab and Haryana border. Rajasthan Police is behind these miscreants, a high alert has been sounded across the state.
All SHOs have been ordered to remain in the field. Thehat’s house is located on Piprali Road in the city, police said. A man from Nagaur also died of bullet injuries in the firing here. According to the information, the deceased was making a video of firing so the accused also fired at him.
In the investigation of CCTV footage installed in this area, all four miscreants have been seen. In this, they are seen running away with weapons.
As soon as the firing was reported, senior police officers including Sikar SP Kunwar Rashtradeep reached the spot and on the instructions of the DGP, a blockade has been imposed in the entire state.
Thehat’s gang was very active in Shekhawati and also had enmity with Anandpal gang. Even after Anandpal’s encounter, the fight for supremacy in both gangs continued.
