New Delhi: The three-decade-old Faridkot royal family dispute over assets worth Rs 25,000 crore is finally over as the Supreme Court of The Country today quashed the will of Maharaja Harinder Singh Brar of The Princely State of Faridkot and quashed the trust formed on the basis of the will.

The apex court ordered the division of the total property of the princely state into the family of Maharaja Harinder Singh Brar.

Property worth over Rs 25,000 crore was being maintained by the Maharawal Khewa Ji Trust till now. After September 30, the Maharawal Khivaji Trust will cease to exist and the process of dividing the total property among the royal family will begin.
