Ottawa: The Conservatives are threatening to delay government work and hold up billions of dollars in spending if the government doesn’t make drastic changes to its carbon-pricing plan.
They are starting off by introducing as many as 20-thousand amendments to a government bill that would create sustainable jobs as part of the transition to a net-zero emissions economy.
The Tories want the federal carbon-pricing plan removed from all home heating for families, farmers and First Nations.
