Ottawa :According to Global Affairs, twenty to twenty-five Canadians entered Egypt this morning via the Rafah border crossing from Gaza.
Up to 80 Canadian citizens and permanent residents are anticipated and qualified family members to depart Gaza right now.
They are expected by Canadian officials on the Egyptian side of the border to transport them to Cairo in safety.
According to Global Affairs, information will be available later today, and is characterizing the circumstances as highly unstable and fluctuating.
