New Delhi: Comedian Raju Srivastava died at Delhi AIIMS around 10 am on Wednesday after suffering a heart-attack.
He was 58 years old. He had suffered a heart attack while exercising in Delhi on August 10. Since then he was admitted in AIIMS. It was found in the treatment that there is 100% blockage in one part of the heart.
In the last 42 days, many times there were reports that he is recovering but he died.
Raju Srivastava was a resident of Kanpur. But, his last rites will be performed on September 22 in the morning in Delhi.
Many big personalities including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann expressed grief over his demise. PM Modi said, Raju illuminated our lives with humor.
